Professor Evis Sala, a radiologist with an excellent professional and academic career in the USA, England and Italy, made a deal with her friend Edi Rama to lead the health sector. But as a citizen with integrity and Western education, from the start of her term she will face the orders and clientelistic lists of Edi Rama and his clan for the distribution of food tenders, the import of medicines, medical materials and pharmacy licenses. This condition was previously accepted by Ilir Beqja, Ogerta Manastirliu and Albana Koçiu.
It is true that Evis Sala was appointed minister as a family connection of Rama, but his interests are so occult that she will face pressure to award tenders and licenses to clients that he has created as a network of monopolists for 12 years. Will she submit to the corruption and theft scheme carried out by the mafia and health authorities with Rama's blessing?
According to the current model, the Minister of Health will first be given a message, then an order and an ultimatum, to continue the clientelist affairs with Yanis Karathanos and others, not only to be awarded medicine tenders, but also to be paid for false medical test invoices at PPP and Laboratories.
She will be forced to sign herself or remain silent when subordinates in the Ministry, in the Health Care and Insurance Fund, in hospital and regional centers, give Tom Doshi tenders with values 2-3 times higher than the market, even with expired medicines. Likewise, she will not be able to stop the introduction into pharmacies, at double prices, of contraband and expired medicines imported by the DP MP, Kliti Hoti and his brother-in-law Dorian Sadiku, with their companies.
It will not be able to stop the activity of two phantom associations of importers and pharmacies, linked to the health dome and to Rama, a network built since the time of Ilir Beqja and inherited by his successors. Also, despite the financial abuses it will ascertain, it will not have the power to break the monopoly of oxygen supply by the company "GTS sh.pk" of the mafia group 'Ndrangheta', represented by Besnik Halili, closely linked to Rama.
Evis Sala is aware of this network, because since 2022 she has been connected to Klodian Allajbeu of the Dialysis PPP, as a professor at the "Western Balkans University" owned by the American Hospital. According to information, she has also been a consultant to the Italians Umbro Staccini, Elisabetta Anzanello and Giorgio Tardioli for the surgical equipment sterilization concession, granted by Rama and Ilir Beqja. /Pamphlet
