On August 22, 2024, the Vlora Municipal Council, with Decision No. 73, approved the request of the Turkish companies "TRK GROUP" and "ATLAS Global", for the repetition of the postponement for another 1 year of the administration contract of the "Flamurtari" Football Club.
The Turkish representative for the administration of the "Flamurtari" Football Club was appointed mafioso Sinan Idrizi, whose contract ended on August 22, 2025, but he is allowed to continue as administrator, while the Vlora Municipal Council is not removing him from office.
Along with Sinan Idrizi's contract, on August 22, 2025, the mandate of 4 members of the Supervisory Council of the "Flamurtari" Football Club has ended, among whom is Sinan Idrizi.
1 year ago, the Vlora Municipal Council ordered the Municipality administration to complete the auction procedures for the privatization of the "Flamurtari" Football Club by December 2024.
But the completion of the privatization process within the 1-year contract extension period was also left as an option: August 22, 2024-August 22, 2025 of the administration by Sinan Idrizi.
The destroyer of the "Flamurtari" Football Club is not leaving his post; and the privatization of the club has not been completed, although it should have been done by February 2020, according to Order No. 57, dated March 25, 2019, of Prime Minister Edi Rama, for all municipal football clubs.
Edi Rama's deal with Sinan Idrizi, for the new stadium and the towers in Vlora
Prime Minister Edi Rama has dictated that the administrator of "Flamurtari" be Sinan Idrizi, while the club be privatized after the decision to build the Vlora stadium and the towers around it.
Because according to the bargain made by Prime Minister Edi Rama, the Vlora stadium and the towers around it will be built by Sinan Idrizi, under the guise of the Turkish companies "TRK GROUP" and "ATLAS Global", which are managed by the Turkish Nerve Korkmaz, manager of the "Erdogan" family businesses and manager of the fuel branding concession in Albania.
In order to realize the tower business and the administration of the new "Flamurtari" complex by Sinan Idrizi; The Vlora Municipal Council, 4 days before the end of Sinan Idrizi's contract, approved Decision No. 70, dated August 18, 2025, for the construction of the stadium and the towers around it.
After construction begins, the privatization procedures for the "Flamurtari" Football Club will begin; with the aim of Sinan Idrizi purchasing it at a low price, according to the financial valuation act in his favor.
Sinan Idrizi's management contract has been extended 5 times in 8 years
In the last 8 years, the Vlora Municipal Council has extended the contract for Sinan Idrizi 5 times by 1 year: with Decision 38, dated August 1, 2016; Decision 89, dated July 26, 2018; Decision No. 64, dated August 14, 2020; Decision No. 70, dated August 31, 2023 and with Decision No. 73 dated August 22, 2024.
But intentionally, by order of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the law for the privatization of the "Flamurtari" Football Club has not been implemented for 9 years; while now that it has approved the construction of the stadium and the towers around it, the Vlora Municipal Council will sell it to Sinan Idrizi "for 1 piece of bread", under the guise of Turkish companies of the Erdogan family. /Pamphlet
