While under investigation by SPAK for corruption, financial fraud and health crime with smuggled medicines, businessman Dorian Sadiku, partner of imprisoned former minister Ilir Beqja and DP MP Kliti Hoti, has sued "Pamfleti" in court.
A ridiculous act, by a man who seeks to use justice to silence the media that published the facts of his affairs, facts that are now part of the investigative file of BKH and SPAK.
Mafioso Dorian Tahir Sadiku, one of the key figures in the pharmaceutical mafia in Albania, has sued “Pamphlet” in court, seeking to silence the media that has publicly denounced his connections with former Health Minister Ilir Beqja, now imprisoned for corruption and money laundering, and with DP MP Kliti Hoti, his brother-in-law.
Sadiku’s lawsuit is the underworld’s latest attempt to use the judicial system as a shield for financial and healthcare crime, aiming to punish the media that brings to light facts that the prosecution has on file.
"Pamfleti" has published concrete evidence, from the SPAK file and BKH reports, showing that Dorian Sadiku is the "black hand" of Ilir Beqja's affairs with drug tenders and concessions, since 2014.
At that time, the Ministry of Health under Beqja's leadership announced a tender for reimbursable drugs with "Manufacturer's Authorization", to avoid smuggling expired drugs.
But just two weeks later, this criterion was removed by order of the minister himself, disqualifying two international companies and awarding the contract to the company "Delta Pharma"; owned by Dorian Sadiku and his partners, who imported the drugs from Kliti Hoti's company "Novartis".
Thus began the pharmaceutical monopoly of “Delta Pharma”, which controlled the market for reimbursed medicines in Albania for years.
The SPAK file contains documents proving that Sadiku and Beqja have benefited from millions of euros from fictitious contracts and false invoices, through a scheme that included the shadow company “Delta Holding”, used for the circulation of dirty money.
On December 28, 2023, by order of SPAK, BKH and the State Police carried out controls and seizures at the company “Delta Pharma” and at several pharmacies of the “Ditë e Natë” network, owned by the “Beqja–Sadiku” group, seizing evidence of financial fraud and money laundering.
In the same file, Dorian Sadiku also appears as the administrator of the “GZONA” restaurant in the Tirana Castle, which is owned by Ilir Beqja and was used to extort EU funds.
The restaurant, according to SPAK documents, was registered in Sadiku’s name to disguise Beqja’s assets, and continues to be managed by him even after the former minister’s arrest.
Furthermore, from BKH investigations, it has been revealed that although the company "Delta Pharma" is under seizure for corruption, forgery and money laundering, it has received 1.6 million euros in new tenders until July 7, 2025, in violation of the law and the preventive measures imposed by SPAK.
According to documented data, Dorian Sadiku has set up a network of companies connected to each other to launder money gained from tenders and smuggled imports of medicines, including:
- “Metro Farmaci sh.pk”, established on December 1, 2015;
- "the "Day and Night" network, where on June 24, 2020 he purchased 90% of the shares for 700 thousand euros;
- and he "sold" the same company to himself for only 100 thousand lek in 2023.
These maneuvers are part of a money laundering scheme, carefully constructed since the time of Ilir Beqja's ministry and supported by strong political connections in power.
Therefore, "Pamphlet" responds to this mafia lawsuit with the only weapon that journalism knows: facts.
We have not slandered, we have not fabricated, we have not invented.
Every name, date, company and value are documented in the acts of SPAK, BKH and state audits.
Instead of seeking punishment for journalists, Dorian Sadiku should face justice for the financial and health crimes that have put the lives of Albanian citizens at risk.
Because the only thing more serious than the counterfeit medicines he has distributed is the attempt to falsify the truth.
The pamphlet is not afraid of the mafia, nor of the politicians who support it.
We will continue to publish every piece of evidence, every file and every affair, inside and outside the court.

A e keni pare se si kane mbire farmacite Dite e Nate? Di qe aty eshte vendosur edhe nje nga niperit e Kliti Hotit 16 vjec qe drejtonte vete Farmacistet me shkolle. Ne asnje shtet nuk ndodh ajo qe ka ndodhur me kete rrjet. Tani kane blere edhe rrjetin farmaceutik Farmanet. Pra, farmacite Farmanet jane te Dite e Nate. Kan uzurpuar te gjithe tregun farmaceutik duke bllokuar konkurrencen e lire dhe te drejten e qytetareve per te marre produktet qe duan se tani e tutje do i kontrollojne keta njerez pa asnje grade shkencore. Pyeteni Kliti Hotin qe mezi flet si injorant qe eshte se cfare grade shkencore ka ne farmaceutike? Qe ketu nisin pyetjet.
Gjykata duhet të mendojë qysh tani për avokat kryesisht se : paditsit nuk do guxojnë të përballen me Pamfletin në gjyq. Dhe zor se ndonji avokat do t'ju ofrojë shërbimin, të dyshuarëve për dëmtim të shëndetit të popullit.
