According to the data of the National Business Center, it turns out that the board of the "Student City" in the hands of Plarent Ndreca, has drawn up the balance sheets with an alleged loss of 12 million Euros, while the KLSH and the audits of the Municipality and the Ministry of Finance have discovered 33 million Euros. theft with tenders and material depreciation; among them, the theft of 7.2 million euros per year from student accommodation and rental contracts with private individuals.
Deputy Plarent Ndreca, directed the Board of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, when, according to the KLSH and the student government, expenditure documents with tenders and alleged scientific research worth 17 million Euros were approved and falsified; fictitious salaries were given, 8.3 million Euros were stolen from the income of Bachelor and Master students.
