Shortly before the end-of-year holidays, the BKH exercised control over the premises of the Genius LAB laboratories, an action that marks the transition of the investigations from the observation phase to concrete interventions and that directly puts pressure on Besnik Çullhaj, the main beneficiary of healthcare tenders during the pandemic and the man who has been considered a political partner of former minister Ogerta Manastirliu for years.
This control did not come as a routine procedure, but as a result of collecting data on how the company Genius shpk has absorbed public funds through hundreds of tenders, in a period when healthcare was operating under an emergency regime and control over procedures was practically paralyzed.
According to information available to Pamfleti, the BKH intervention at Genius LAB has caused an immediate reaction from the company's managers, who have begun to remove equipment, phones and sensitive materials.
The investigation being conducted by SPAK no longer aims to stop at private operators, but is rising to the level where a political decision was made, because without the signatures, protection and guidance of Ogerta Manastirliu, the laboratory scheme would not have functioned, would not have expanded during the pandemic and would not have produced wealth of the magnitude that is being verified today.
From the COVID-19 pandemic onwards, Besnik Çullhaj's Genius shpk became a systematic beneficiary of public funds , receiving around 270 tenders from branches of the Ministry of Health, most without real competition, most with formal procedures and most with a value equal to the limit fund, while State Treasury data shows 537 payments worth over 384 million lek, payments that would not have been possible without strong and stable political protection.
The pandemic served as the ideal moment for this scheme, because at a time when citizens were isolated and the healthcare system was operating in emergency mode, Manastirliu turned the health crisis into a source of enrichment for her trusted circle.
Today, the relationship between Ogerta Manastirliu and Besnik Çullhaj appears to have been broken due to financial bargaining, a fact that is helping investigators reconstruct the scheme from the inside, because conflicts over the division of money usually speak louder than any official document and reveal the hierarchy of power within the affair.
At private tables, according to evidence that has reached the editorial office and is being verified by SPAK, Çullhaj has expressed extreme cynicism towards the pandemic, speaking of COVID-19 as a period of profit and wishing for the return of another health crisis, because only in conditions of chaos, according to him, public money circulates without question and without control, a mentality that explains the way his wealth was built during the emergency.
The investigation also extends to Besnik Çullhaj's personal wealth, verifying the purchase of properties and apartments in Hamburg, Germany, Italy and Belgium, a staggering wealth located in strategic cities.
The BKH audit of Genius LAB marks a concrete turning point, because for the first time the laboratory scheme is not treated as an administrative problem, but as a criminal matter, with individualized responsibilities and with direct attention to the political decision-making that made it possible. SPAK eshte shum I vonuar. Manastirliu qe ne pandemi duhej te ishte ne burg. Mjafton vdekja e qindra njerezve ne pandemi, qe I lane pa mjekim dhe qindra te tjere ne onkologjik, qe vazhdojne te vdesin nga mungesa e ilaceve per kancer.

Manastirliu është edhe me fat edhe me mik. Një hetim për plandeminë mund të nisë në SHBA dhe hetimi mund mos ti lërë pas dore edhe edhe këta çapaçulët rajonal. Sidoqoftë BKH duhet ta shtrijë krahun.

Kjo bashke me parardhesin e saj Beqaj kane be kerdine si askush tjeter tek Shendetesia. Te gjithe ish ministrat sidomos te ketyre 10viteve te fundit jane per Burg. Keta perhapen stilin e 30% te drejtorat e vete kaluan ne bashkeinvestitor ne Tenderat qe jepnin. E kuptoni qe kaloi perqindja nga 5-10% rryshfet Ministrat e PD ne gjysem pergjysem me keta. Ne Burg te shkojne te gjithe qe nga 2005 e ketej. Ama perpara tu sekuestrojet pasuria. Nese nuk ju merren pasurite e ti kthehen buxhetit nuk kemi bere asgje. Keta do bejne burg lluksoz me te gjitha te mirat e do dalin multimilionera nga Burgu.
Manastriliu është qershia mbi tort e korrupsionit dhe i shkon për shtati edhe nofka që i kanë vënë njerzit pranë sajë që e thirrin (luleshtrydhe). Me sa duket,e gjithë administrata janë për ndëshkim, gjënë më kryesore që duhet te bëjë drejtësia është t'u sekuestrohen pasuria dhe t'u kthehet taksapaguesve shqiptar,dhe t'u hiqet statusi i administratës,por me sa duket mazhoranca dhe opozita nuk kanë mundësi t'i sekuestrohen se u prishen interesat,Mir do te ishte qe te Dali një forc e re politike në protesta, me premtimin e abrogimin e ligjit 7501, ligjin paketës maleve,ligjin e dhënjes me koncesione dhe shum ligjeve te tjera. Te vendoset dhe te aplikohen referendumet për shum ligje, .. që bien ndesh me interesat e popullit,vetem atëherë do gjej stabilitet vendi.
O Xha Tafil pse flet kot a ferëzi.Në kohën e Covid-it bdisnin njerëz në të gjithë botën nga USA,MB,Gjermani,Francë,Itali,Japoni e gjer në Australi,sepse vaksina. Kundër Covid nuk kish dalë akoma.Pra Z Manadtirliu nuk i ndalonte dot vdekjet e shqiptarëve.Për atë që në atë kohë korrupsioni lulëzoi kjo është e vërtetë dhe ish ministrja duhet të investigohet dhe nqse gjënden fakte dhe prova të arrestohet e të shkoj në burg
