Sufali is the connection between her husband Nik of the Italian mafia and Manastirli. The latter even appointed her friend, Luneda Sufali, director of the Social Health Service.

Skema është shumë e thjeshtë, kjo e bazuar në dokumentet e vetë ministrisë apo të spitaleve; vonohen në maksimum procedurat e tenderit kryesor dhe bëhen disa tendera emergjence. Dhe, për “koecidencë?!”, ai që fiton tenderat emergjentë fiton edhe tenderin kryesor. Skemë e mirëfilltë që do e kishin zili edhe grupet apo familjet mafioze italiane, influenca apo njerëzit e së cilave kanë hedhur rrënjë prej kohësh në Shqipëri. Madje, në nivelet më të larta të vendimmarrjes së pushtetit qendror dhe lokal.
Mësohet se SPAK dhe BKH kanë faktuar disa episode korrupsioni. Nuk është konfirmuar ende nëse është marrë e pandehur Gelardina Prodani, sekretarja e përgjithshme me jetëgjatë, nyja e aferave në tre ministri, Financa, Shëndetësi dhe aktualisht në Ministrinë e Mbrojtjes.
Gela dhe Manastirliu fundosën shumë shpejt Joana Duron, e cila zëvendësoi Gelën duke prishur një nga skemat më të frikshme të korrupsionit në Shëndetësi. E pastërvitur dhe e etur për të vjedhur, Duro u arrestua nga SPAK pasi mori 3.3 milionë lekë për një tender me vlerë 8 milionë lekë. 3.3 milionë lekë kushtojnë sa dy shezlone të Gelës në Palasë.
Çuditërisht Orgeta Manastirliu vijon t’u shpëtojë hetimeve ndonëse gjurmët e gishtave të saj ndodhen në koncensionin korruptiv sipas KLSH-së për laboratorët me vlerë 130 milionë euro, për zbatimin e koncensionit të sterilizimit dhe rritjen e kostos, për zbatimin e koncensioneve të tjera që po hetohen nga SPAK, për tenderat sekretë dhe të panevojshëm, për qindra milionë euro tendera të dyshimtë, mashtrim me shumë kontrata gjatë pandemisë, për mafien e mbetjeve spitalore etj.

Arian Kraja ka qenë sekretar i Përgjithshëm në Ministrinë e Mbrojtjes, pranë Mimi Kodhelit 2013-2014.
Një burim serioz pranë kësaj ministrie, tha se Kraja gjatë kësaj kohe piketoi të gjitha pronat e ushtrisë në Tiranë dhe bregdet, për t’i kaluar në emër të disa biznesmenëve, me të cilët kishte lidhje.
Rezulton se Arian Kraja administronte kompaninë ‘Tring’ të Artan Dulakut, i cili ka përfituar prona të ushtrisë, sot të sekuestruara nga SPAK, konkretisht disa baza në Sarandë.
Kraja ishte drejtor dhe aksioner me Dulakun tek ‘Tring’. Madje, para se të bëhej sekretar i Përgjithshëm tek Ministria e Mbrojtjes, Kraja ka marrë 300 milionë lekë nga ‘Tring’.
