In the report given to the border police, it is said that 55 bags of suspected cocaine were found in 13 banana crates, in the second and fourth row of crates in the front part of the container.
Knowing that "Bana King" imports only bananas and not flour; but also the fact that it has been caught 3 times with nearly 2 tons of cocaine in the last 4 years, the suspicion that the 55 bags are cocaine has been created.
Surprisingly, none of the anti-crime services at the Port of Durrës, did not ask and did not dare to open the filed container, even as it seems they have an order above, that the event was not reported, but returned again from the scanning point, to the area of other containers.
According to the information, the DEA and EUROPOL offices have not been informed about the "stains" that the scanning of the "Bana King" container brought out, the field services and the superior ones of the border, anti-crime, anti-mafia and anti-trafficking. who are in Albania, leaving this fact in silence.
Why did these services not immediately implement the obligation they have to open the container and physically verify the suspicion that the scanning service forwarded to the Port of Durrës?
Who ordered them not to open the container, not to make the case public and why did they not notify the offices of the DEA and EUROPOL partner agencies that are attached to Albania?
We remind you that on December 31, 2021, 119 kg were caught in the "Bana King" container. cocaine, while the police did not arrest the owner, Trifon Murataj, but the nephew and the driver, who were released on leave.
On July 17, 2022, 50 crates with nearly 1.5 tons of cocaine disappeared from the "Bana King" container before scanning; where again the state police were in play; that for 2 days kept the name of the company "Bana-King" secret, did not prosecute the owner Trifon Murataj and released his employees.
On November 3, 2022, 35.5 kg were seized in the container of "Bana King" in the Port of Durrës. cocaine; for which drivers were arrested, while a day later, SPAK sent the police an arrest warrant for the owner Trifon Murataj, but he notified and escaped.
