15-year-old arrested in Germany, planning attacks on several mosques

German police have arrested a 15-year-old boy suspected of planning an attack on his school and several mosques.

The teenager, a spokesman for the Bremen prosecutor's office said, had announced on Telegram that he would kill several Muslims.

At the request of the prosecution, his parents' house was searched.

The suspect was arrested by special forces after a brief escape attempt at a fitness center north of Bremerhaven.
