Serbian lawyer Cedomir Stojkovic has analyzed the situation on what is happening in Serbia. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić spoke at the UN General Assembly on May 23 on the resolution on the Srebrenica genocide in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He considers Vucic's behavior shameful and adds that the escalation in Bosnia is very close.
"The Serbian government that is made up of military leaders and this part of the new government is also made up of a lot of Russian agents that are focused on the escalation that could come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. And here we are dealing with what Milorad Dodik said. For the disappearance of Bosnia, and we are seeing that this was the plan. They have been planning this for a long time and that is why we have this government. It is not a pro-European government. It is not the government that should bring Serbia closer to the European Union, but it is a government that wants war. Therefore, I believe that the escalation in Bosnia is ahead of us."
He also states that the internal politics of Serbia affects the media and the general Serbian public. According to him, the Serbian people have no idea what happens in reality with international politics in Serbia.
"This pathetic behavior is typical for Vučić. He used this method even when Kosovo was discussed. Serbia had a consequence from the international community, but Vučić conveyed this consequence to the Serbian citizens in the opposite way, not in the right way. He fights against this resolution, and the fact that some countries voted against it he has declared as a victory for Serbia. All the media in Serbia have published it." he concludes for Euronews.
