Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared that it is up to the Iranian people to exploit the conditions Israel has created to overthrow the regime. Asked what his plans are regarding Hezbollah in Lebanon, Netanyahu said that Israel now has a "security corridor" that prevents their forces from invading.
Netanyahu stressed that there are internal divisions and tensions at the top of the Iranian leadership, adding that the authority and control that the previous supreme leader had will not be transferred to anyone.
"Our main effort is geared towards Iran. If the Iranian regime goes, Hezbollah goes too. We are seeing cracks in the Iranian regime, and if there are enough cracks, I think the regime can change. Is that guaranteed? No. It is up to the Iranian people whether they will take advantage of the conditions that Israel has created ," he said.
