The UN nuclear watchdog says facilities housing nuclear materials in Iran suffered no damage in the recent US-Israeli attacks.
The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, called for "maximum restraint" in the conflict to avoid a radiation threat to the Middle East during the US-Israeli attacks.

"Based on analysis of the latest available satellite imagery, the IAEA sees no damage to facilities containing nuclear material in Iran and, therefore, no risk of radiological release at this time. Near the Natanz site in the central city of Isfahan, damage is visible to two buildings, but no additional impact has been detected ," he said.
The IAEA reported no impact on other nuclear power plants, including the Bushehr plant in the southeast.
