The Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavarov, in coordination with the spokesperson of this ministry, Maria Zakharova, have increased their activity with a focus on the Balkans, and especially Kosovo.
In a statement with journalists on January 18, Russian Minister Lavrov declared that the Albanian factor in the Balkans is expected to explode. The news was published by the Russian state agency "Tass".

The only thing they have managed to deliver, as I understand it, is that they have come up with an idea to please Mr. Albin Kurti, to satisfy Pristina, to rewrite this agreement for the Association of Serbian municipalities of Kosovo, to rewrite it in such a way that there are no rights for the Serbs in the north of Kosovo, that these rights are absolutely artificial, while real power must remain in the hands of Albanians ".
" The European Union, of course, should be ashamed, because in 2013 they trumpeted success: we succeeded, the problem of Kosovo has been solved. Nothing of the sort happened. Now, as in any other matter, when it is necessary for the implementation of agreements, they withdraw in favor of the party that is closest to them in this case, and they are closest, of course, to the Albanians of Kosovo, because they have sworn to loyalty, they want to join NATO, they want to join anywhere and they will faithfully follow the instructions of the European Union, only if the Albanian problem in the Balkans will not explode. The Albanian factor is very serious ", said the head of Russian diplomacy.
