The number of people injured in the Chernihiv rocket attack has risen from 90 to 117, the city's mayor said.
Oleksandr Lomako said the number of people killed in the attack remains at seven, including a six-year-old child.
"This strike is another war crime by the occupiers against the civilian population," he wrote on Telegram.
"This is a very quiet centre, lots of people and children walk here at lunchtime in beautiful weather," he added.
He also declared that a period of national mourning has been imposed, starting today until August 21.
