The President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, held a conference in front of the local media from the Presidency, after participating in two summits in Tirana.
He declared that in the coming months there will be more pressure on Serbia than on the Albanians.
"Serbia will be asked for de facto or de jure recognition of Kosovo", said Vucic first, which he wrote as the first point on a blackboard, reports Nova.rs.
The Serbian president said that the Serbian people in Kosovo will not be left in the mud and that a solution will be found for salaries and pensions.
The situation in Kosovo has not improved despite the efforts of international representatives to help with the situation of the Serbian people, there are no indications that it will improve, so we will be forced to make different decisions in the coming period to find an alternative solution.
I am very concerned about the situation in Kosovo. The only thing I can repeat to those people is that we will not leave them in the lurch. They will receive their salaries and pensions, in any form", said the president.
Vučić further stated that the internationals will ask the Serbian state to give up Republika Srpska, the imposition of sanctions against Russia and a strong stance against China.
" The pressure on Serbia is done through institutions, organizations, agencies and politicians, local, regional, international and through the media, local, regional and in the wider international framework ", said Vucic.
According to him, they have the task of destabilizing Serbia and creating a general bad atmosphere.
Vucic continued by writing on the board what he thinks is being used to put pressure on Serbia. In the first point, it is the continuous destruction of Serbia due to undemocratic or autocratic tendencies. The Serbian president said that it is important to go to new elections.
" It is important not to repeat the year 2008 and someone will call it the illegal formation of the government. Our people would say it was pure theft when the Democrats and the Socialists formed the government, regardless of the deal the Socialists had with each other. It is important that we go to new elections, because it is better to lose power than to participate in the theft of the elections that Serbia had in 2008 ," said Vucic.
