A senior Iranian official, in an interview with 'Al Jazeera', reacted to the joint attack by the United States and Israel.
He has issued direct threats against American and Israeli interests in the Middle East, saying they are 'now considered potential targets'.
"All American and Israeli resources and interests in the Middle East are legitimate targets for us. After this attack, we have no red lines and anything is possible, including scenarios that have not been proposed before," the official was quoted as saying.
According to the official, the US and Israel "have started a war," warning that these attacks will have long-term consequences.
"We were not surprised by this joint attack and we have a complex and time-limited response," he declared, stressing that any calls to not react or to withdraw will be rejected.
