Lilia Chanysheva, an associate of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, has been sentenced to seven and a half years in prison.
Foreign media reports that Lilia was found guilty of "calling for extremism, forming an extremist group and founding an organization that violates human rights."
In addition to the prison sentence, she was fined 400,000 rubles (about 4,000 euros). Her trial took place behind closed doors, while Chanysheva has dismissed the charges as politically motivated.

Next week, he will serve his sentence in a high-security prison east of Moscow. Alexei is serving two different sentences.
We recall that Navalny, accused of official corruption and organizing protests against the Kremlin, was arrested in January 2021.
