Turkey has been shaken by an earthquake again. At midday, Ankara was hit by an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 on the Richter scale.
According to information on the website of the Presidency for Disaster and Emergency Management (AFAD), the tremors were recorded at 14:41 centered in the Dulkadiroğlu area.
The tremors were found at a depth of 10.53 kilometers, Anadolu news agency reported.
The Minister of the Interior of Turkey, Ali Gerlikaya, in a statement on his account on social networks, said that the damage verification has begun!
" An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 occurred in the Dulkadiroğlu area of Kahramanmaraş. AFAD and all our relevant agency teams immediately began on-site scans. I wish good health to our citizens affected by the earthquake. May God save our country and nation from disaster ," he writes.
