Donald Trump's return to the White House has been the headlines of the world's media in the last 24 hours. Media around the world closed yesterday with Trump and opened the headlines this morning with what his second term is expected to bring.
But how have some of the most prestigious newspapers covered Trump's return?
The prestigious newspaper "The Wall Street Journal" opens its front page with the headline; "A defiant Trump regains power." While adding further; "The new president has vowed a remarkable comeback."
Further, the British newspaper "The Daily Telegraph" opens its front page with the headline; "I'm back, honey." While adding further; "Trump closes his historic return to the White House."
Another British newspaper, “The I Paper,” opens its front page with the headline; “Released,” while continuing by saying; “The 47th President begins with fast-track politics - seeking an oil drilling boom and declaring that the US will recognize only two genders, male and female.”
Meanwhile, the Canadian newspaper "The Globe And Mail" opens its front page with the headline; "Return to Power".
