French President Emmanuel Macron was spotted on Mumbai's Marine Drive this morning for his morning jog. Initially, passersby did not recognize the French president. After word of his presence spread, several people approached him and recorded footage on their phones. The videos were shared on social media.

Recall that Macron is in India for a three-day official visit from February 17 to 19, with a focus on participating in the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Impact Summit. Before the planned meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he used the time for daily exercise.
During the visit, Macron held a bilateral meeting with Modi at Lok Bhavan. The Indian Prime Minister reacted on the X platform after the meeting, saying that the French President had appreciated the city of Mumbai and the morning run during his stay.
