The terrorist attack in Moscow left 143 people dead. Expert Ilir Kulla has spoken about this serious event that shocked Russia.

He also added that the authorities fear the growth of terrorist groups in Moscow and that this scares Russian President Vladimir Putin because they can weaken him.

So they are small groups, and this is very similar in relation to what happened", said the expert Kulla, among other things, adding: "The Russian secret service reads this as part of a strategy that is trying to undermine trust from within Russia.
