The parade of Albanians in the USA, the mayor of New York makes the eagle: Proud
New York City Mayor Eric Adams

The Mayor of New York, Eric Adams, in addition to joining the celebrations in what is known as the "immigrant march" in the largest American city, has also made a national Albanian gesture by posing with two people: the Eagle with hands.

This symbol has already become the headline of Albanian achievements in the world, whether in the world of sports first, or even in the artistic world or beyond, where to show the Albanian origin, people cross their hands and symbolize the double-headed eagle with open wings as a gesture.

"Immigrants built our city and make it work every day. We all came here from somewhere else. We all contribute to the 'American Dream'. I am proud to march with my immigrant brothers and sisters today."

Adams gave this message on his social media Twitter, where he also shared some photos during the day's event in the "Big Apple". Such reflection actually comes at an uncomfortable moment in another English-speaking part of the globe, where not a few times Albanian immigrants have been verbally abused and denigrated with unacceptable language, even by the government.

Such cases have been those of the British Home Secretary, Suella Braverman, who "dared" even calling the Albanian immigrants on the island "invaders" or "criminals".

While, on the other hand, Adams, through his words, makes it clear that a city such as New York, which counts in its entirety almost 19 million inhabitants, could not be raised in any other way, except with the hard work of immigrants .

A large community of Albanians live in harmony with the lifestyle there, being also direct contributors to the growth of the potential of the city, which never sleeps.
