Lebanese President Joseph Aoun held a telephone conversation with United States President Donald Trump this afternoon, according to an official announcement from the Lebanese presidency.
The call comes at a sensitive diplomatic moment, after Aoun refused to communicate with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
