Trump attacks Soros again: His foundation is a criminal organization, we will

He did not provide details on what grounds would be used in any investigation...

US President Donald Trump has once again targeted billionaire George Soros. In an interview with Fox News, Trump said his administration could soon launch a racketeering investigation against George Soros and his family, accusing them of inciting and financing "agitation" against the US president.

Trump claims that Soros' funding of these protests falls under the "RICO Act," or more precisely the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, which is used to prosecute those involved in organized crime, targeting illegal activities such as money laundering, bribery, and extortion.

" The protesters are being paid for their profession by Soros and other people. And we're going to look into Soros, because I think it's a RICO case against him and other people. Because this is more than a protest. This is a real agitation ," Trump said in an interview with Fox News, recalling the protesters who peacefully confronted him at a Washington restaurant this week.

Just days ago, Trump said Soros and his radical leftist son should be investigated. It was not entirely clear which son he was referring to. Alex Soros, one of the billionaire's sons, is also a big supporter of democratic causes and chairs the board of directors of the Open Society Foundations, which was founded by George Soros and is one of the largest and most influential philanthropies in the world. He did not elaborate on what grounds would be used in any investigation.

" George Soros and his wonderful son of the radical left should be charged with RICO for their support of violent protests and much more, all across the United States of America ," Trump wrote on Social Truth.

Meanwhile, Trump's renewed accusations against Soros also come in the wake of the killing of political activist Charlie Kirk. The 31-year-old was shot in the neck at a rally at Utah Valley University. Trump vowed to bring to justice "radical left" groups that promote violent rhetoric against conservative leaders.

" It is long past time for all Americans and the media to confront the fact that violence and murder are the tragic consequences of demonizing those you disagree with day after day, year after year, in the most hateful and despicable way possible. For years, those on the radical left have compared wonderful Americans like Charlie to Nazis and the worst mass murderers and criminals in the world. This kind of rhetoric is directly responsible for the terrorism we are seeing in our country today and must stop immediately ," Trump said in a speech from the Oval Office.
