The person in the photo is Aco Martinovic, the author of last evening's massacre that left 12 dead and 4 injured.
Martinovic, learned from the Montenegrin media that he was previously arrested for illegal possession of weapons and threats. Meanwhile, the punishment he received for this criminal offense is not known.
After the massacre, it was learned that Martinovic ended his life near his apartment with a bullet to the head, after being surrounded by the police.
We remind you that the author allegedly had an argument, and then a fight took place in the bar, after which he went home, and then after a short time he returned armed.
He shot in the tavern and it is believed that he killed four people there. After that, he drove his car to three different locations in Cetinje - the settlement of Humce and to two other places where he killed or injured several people, including two children and several members of his immediate and extended family.
