A huge fire has engulfed the island of Zakynthos in Greece. The fire broke out in the wooded area of Tsilivi.
The Greek authorities have sounded the alarm and called for the evacuation of residents in this area as the homes are at risk.
Greek media reports that the flames have spread to a residential area.
23 firefighters and 13 vehicles went to the scene to extinguish the fire.
While the residents of the area have been sent an emergency message on their cell phones, asking them to be ready in case immediate evacuation is required.
