The obvious personal agreements between Edi Rama and Sali Berisha show that, in content, the parliament hall has turned into a shopping center for clientelistic laws, the attack on the SPAK, the Special Court, the KLSH and the media, which supply justice with corrupt affairs, but also a scheme of political and public chaos, to prevent entry into the EU.
Rama and Berisha are making these bargains through their deputies, who have been instructed to act as if they are fighting for the interests of the country and the problems of the people, a game that has caught the eye of Albanians and internationals.
But the case of the abusive language between Erion Braçe and Ina Zhupa and others like them is a degradation of the parliament, which is related to the behavior of the majority and opposition MPs on the eve of the elections, as well as their continuation as MPs.
Kisses, banquets, hugs, employment of family members in government offices; joint walks around the world; laws for benefits; permits for towers, licenses, looting of assets, legal and illegal partnerships in businesses, prove that SP-PD leaders and MPs are together in personal interests.
A link, which has created a complete and final conviction, that the fight of the deputies in the parliament before the elections, has nothing to do with the problems of the Albanians nor with the integration, but it is a parade of the deputies of the SP and PD in front of the rulers Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, as proof of loyalty, to guarantee mandates in 2005.
Because the current MPs are at risk from the Rama-Berisha agreement, that 30% of the candidates are on closed lists, with guaranteed mandates even if they don't even get 1 vote.
While 70% of the candidates, SP and DP will be on open lists, depending on the personal votes they will receive in the candidacy areas, where they have totally lost the trust of the party militants, even their relatives.
Many silent MPs of SP with 2-3 mandates, have started to wake up and give bought speeches; who, in every sentence, praise Bablok, calling him "Zeus, world leader and savior of Albania", hoping that they will be on the guaranteed lists again.
But the active MPs with 4-8 mandates have started to be more active in the parliament, as a way to guarantee the inclusion of the 30% part in the lists, because they were scared by the statement of Edi Rama, that the MPs with more than 3 mandates will not be in lists, or in open lists with personal votes.
While Sali Berisha, by not imposing such restrictions, has created hopes among DP deputies, who dream that they will be on the closed lists, because they were frightened by the fact that in many countries, in the 30% part of the safe list, Sali Berisha will run for his family members, such as Argita Berisha, Jamaarbër Malltezi, Shpresa Breçani, Flutura Kola, etc.
But the PD MPs were also scared by the fact that, on the eve of the elections, Sali Berisha has approached and activated favorites and old officials and new names, such as Jozefina Topalli, Gjin Gjoni, Avenir Peka, Çlirim Gjata, Fatbardh Spahia, Andi Bensik Mustafaj, Ilda Zhulali, etc.
