Sali Berisha once welcomed Hillary Clinton with song and dance, but Blinken's arrival has worried everyone, from Edi Rama himself, to Berisha, Meta and everyone else.
First, there is a mystery over the real reasons for the visit and the agenda of the meetings is not yet officially known. He will meet Rama and Duman, but there is no schedule of when he will come and when the meetings will take place. Apparently, it is more of a visit than it seems. This evening it will be Ambassador Yuri Kim who will give details. She will hold an online conversation with some Albanian journalists and it is expected that things will be clarified.
