Blendi Gonxha's greed knows no bounds. The minister who aims to control every morsel of the economy and every euro of state assets has gone beyond any possible fantasy: he has taken over the auctions for State Police dogs, turning even these trusted animals into part of a large operation of state gluttony.
The Institute for Dog Training, which was formally in the hands of the Chief of Police Ilir Proda, has transformed its status: the dogs are now subordinate to the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation. So, every tail that moves, every muzzle that jumps, passes through the hands of Blendi Gonxha. This is confirmed by Announcement No. 10342, dated August 5, 2025, where an auction for five Police dogs is announced.
The documents are submitted to the Protocol Office and then go to the auction committee – a formal labyrinth that clearly shows that "wolf" Blendi intends to devour everything in his path.
Babloku has given the minister a triple super-ministerial mandate: the Centralized Procurement Agency, where 70% of state tenders are held, and the administration of 100% of state assets.
His ministry controls everything:
· The National Housing Authority and social housing funds;
· Funds for the rehabilitation of housing for families in need;
· Lending to new businesses;
· Land for strategic investors;
· Auctions for resorts in protected areas;
· “1 Euro” contracts, castle concessions and the Mountain Package.
Also subordinate to him are:
· Social Security Institute;
· State Inspectorate of Labor and Social Services;
· National Employment Agency;
· National Business Center, with personal and economic-financial data of every Albanian company.
It seems that for Gonxha, this is not enough. Greedy of funds, properties, tenders and strategic contracts, he has decided to take over the auctions of police dogs as well. Every tail, every appetite, every step of this power is transformed into an unstoppable trade.
At the end of the day, Tirana doesn't just have its dogs; it also has a minister who swallows the dogs and every state euro, showing that greed and ambition can have the face of a wolf that knows neither law nor morality, only its own appetites./ Pamphlet
