The mandate of the deputy is not discussed after the decision of the Constitutional Court. Sending to the Venice Commission is an absurd idea and shows the level of ignorance in the legal field of the Albanian Parliament.
First, the Venice Commission is not an advisory body after the Court's Decision. The principle of judicial independence is essential in the legal system, everywhere in the world. The phrase, "THE COURT HAS SPOKE!" does not allow equivocal positions, decisions are not discussed, they are only implemented.
When the Court has voted with the correct number to render a decision, everything after that is binding. Deputies cannot use any other standard to implement any kind of court decision, simply because he has sworn before the constitution to guarantee and implement the principle of the rule of law. In this case, the deputies cannot act contrary to the decisions of the courts, because otherwise the balance of power is broken. This idiotic precedent claimed by the socialist MPs calls into question the Constitutional Court, which is the first to apply the law and the MPs should obey its decisions by applying the law and only the law and not to protect a MP related to the interests of illegal.
