The US and EU ultimatum for the Rama-Berisha market!

In a word, the USA tells Edi Rama that you have 'walked into the sea', and you can't get out without having a long and difficult process, as happened with the justice reform the first time...

The joint statement of the USA and the EU for the second reform commission in Justice was nothing but a strong punch in the mouth of Edi Rama. By overthrowing from the beginning, the diabolical plan to truncate the western reform in Justice.

The American Embassy emphasizes that "We believe that the proposed process requires a coordinated, comprehensive discussion with all actors, which is key for the success of the work of the special commission, key and for our support for it."

So in simple words, the USA emphasizes that it will support a second reform in justice, only if all actors will be involved in the process. And with actors, the USA does not think of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta. But all constitutional actors already consolidated with the justice reform.

Which are ONM, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, SPAK, KLJ, KLP, all the judges who have passed the vetting as well as the two vetting bodies. This includes the School of Magistrates, which is completely managed by internationals.

In a word, the USA tells Edi Rama that you have 'walked into the sea', and you cannot get out without having a long and difficult process, as happened with the justice reform the first time. Where the majority has won politically from it, but today that it has its entire dome under investigation, it is ready to overturn the dome. And here the US says stop.

After the USA, the EU also mentions the same thing: " It will be essential to achieve cross-party support, it is vital that the proposed parliamentary process is evidence-based, transparent, enjoys strong cross-party support and is supported in a comprehensive and meaningful consultation with all institutions and interested parties, including civil society ".

Even the EU informs Edi Rama that it will not accept a Bargain with the Reestablishment, but an inter-party agreement with all, but more importantly with the institutions that are affected by the reform. So if we are talking about SPAK, we need its consensus, if we are talking about the Criminal Code, prosecutors, judges, KLP, KLJ and all levels of the judiciary should be called to the scene. But there is more.

The US and the EU give Edi Rama an ultimatum that if he wants to touch justice, he should touch that part of it that has nothing to do with the essence and the constitutional connection. So the International Monitoring Operation, SPAK, KLP, KLGJ and vetting should not be affected.

" The initiative must be based on the previous achievements of the reform and be in accordance with the constitutional principle of control and balance, with the findings of the reports of the analytical review of the legislation and with the commitments within the EU membership process. It must fully respect the existing relations between the Assembly and independent institutions, as guaranteed by the Constitution . This is a clear and definitive part of an EU document that is binding on the majority or any political actor in Tirana. / Pamphlet
