Minister of the Interior Hoxha has stated that "we will have the schools under monitoring by the police", but it has turned out that inside the schoolyards, as in the case of Fushë Krujë or Shkodër, young boys are injured with cutting tools or other weapons, as they are punched between them.
In our cities, State Police cars are often seen patrolling the neighborhoods, road axes, or receiving notifications from the operating room about the incidents. In the last 2-3 years, I see that cars with police license plates are being filled more and more often with young men and women, who are said to have "graduated from police school". Citizens often have the burden of turning to these policemen for help, but unfortunately they receive delayed responses and uncivilized behavior. Let's not forget that with their uniform, those young boys and girls represent the state and the law.
The facts have shown that the cars with police license plates have uninformed scumbags inside, and not educated policemen. The events that happen in our cities are often caused by quarrels, fights, injuries, accidents or quarrels, murders between young people or members of criminal gangs.
Police scumbags are totally out of touch, incompetent, powerless, and completely ignorant of their field. Minister of the Interior Hoxha has stated that "we will have the schools under monitoring by the police", but it has turned out that inside the schoolyards, as in the case of Fushë Krujë or Shkodër, young boys are injured with cutting tools or other weapons, as they are punched between them. Police officers are often seen occupying corners and nooks and crannies of neighborhoods, and playing with their cell phones, when 100 meters away, traffic is blocked by "strongmen", or hashish is smoked and a fight breaks out between teenagers. The State Police should urgently start a controlling structure on the ground (not AMP) to monitor the work of police patrols in Tirana and its districts.
The behavior of a police patrol, which hides in the alleys and plays with the mobile phone or goes into betting shops, while the citizens call 129 and 112, for help and various criminal cases and events, cannot be tolerated. We can no longer tolerate the kalamans in uniforms, who raise the tape recorder of the police car, and also with destroyed uniforms, also keep their feet on top of the corset. State Police, the moment has come, a deep disciplinary revision is introduced among the officers. Whoever came from the Police School, without the proper educational, civic, and professional training, just because he was a "friend of the chief, the deputy or someone else", it is time to leave with a ceremony of shame, from the ranks of the State Police. A country that aspires to be a dignified member of the big family of the European Union, cannot have in its police structures, slobbers in uniform, who do not know how to behave, and do the duty for which they are paid by our taxes.
The change must come from the directors, the chiefs of the police stations, then down to those kalamans in uniform, who come around the streets of the cities with State Police cars, often not performing any of the legal obligations they have, in order to ensure order and life of citizens. The State Police is not a "Waqf", but a dignified structure and mirror of the rule of law, it is not a shelter where friends and relatives are employed, but an institution where the citizen must find support for every criminal act and legal violation. The recently launched reform gives hope that everything will change positively.
