The state makes enemies

Even these justice workers are tempted by the state. They want money and guns. They even take the law as a gun. They shoot their opponents with those weapons.

What has happened these days, and even a long time ago, has revealed a confusion of justifications. Among which, which is now taking up more space, is the justification that 'Rama is being eaten by his own people'.

This is also true.

Who are 'his'?

It falls to Mrs. Balluku, who according to minds that do not wait for justice to be proven, is 'corrupted'. And she is indeed number two, chosen by Rama.

It falls to Erjon Veliaj, already in pre-trial detention. Even around Veliaj, a year has passed, there are no charges.

It is likely that among 'his people' are some administration officials, the charges against whom have been proven in court and they are serving their sentences. Or they are hiding in the bushes of the world.

According to the reasoning that these are 'Rama's', it falls to him that the SPAK prosecutor, the GJKKO judge, and the BKH investigator 'with a baton', should be 'Rama's'. These are the ones who most deserve to be called 'his'. Only in the government of Edi Rama, the people of the Justice Corps were put in the position: 'Investigate and provide justice according to the Law. You are your own master'. In addition to these, investigators, prosecutors and the Special Court are paid staggering salaries, about four times higher than the President of the Republic. Rama signs their salaries. So, how are they not 'his'?

But the line must be clearly drawn as to why they are 'his'.

The state will have salaries, officials, and prosecutors.

Everyone commits the act for their own pleasure. Take a long time ago, the dictatorship. Even then, investigators or prosecutors so controlled, would cause trouble for each other. They would hunt either politically affected people or beautiful women. The dictator himself was forced to correct the monstrous acts of the investigators. Instead of the coveted teacher whose life had been ruined, the imprisonment of the investigator and the prosecutor responsible was ordered in her cell.

These do not make the matter any more confusing, but they do make it clearer that 'whose are the ignorant'?
These are so low in value that they belong to neither this nor that. They belong to themselves in everything. In the temptation of wealth, in lust, in arrogance, in anger. An investigator with a baton, for example, is very similar to a gendarme during the gendarmerie period. He would die for a rifle to hang on his arm and threaten the entire village.

Times do not change for human temptations.

These are at enmity with the state, they are not 'Rama's'. Rama, as prime minister, would like the gendarme not to scare the villagers' chickens at night; because he is destined to become a burden on the state. Even the corrupt are corrupted for their own pleasure, but they burden the state.

It is a great temptation to have your hands in the state. The state has wealth, it has money, it has honey, it has cars, it has luxury. This is the state. The state makes enemies, because everyone is tempted by the state.

Even these justice workers are tempted by the state. They want money and guns. They even take the law as a gun. They shoot their opponents with those weapons. They even shoot a woman for fun who didn't whistle at them. Didn't that happen to Mrs. Balluku, the deputy prime minister? She won the right in the Constitutional Court, up there. These prosecutors, down there, throw stones and drag her to prison because they want to vent their anger.

These are enemies of the state. Not according to that old concept, but according to the concept that the state produces enemies. It is destined.

But how to do it?

To take away the right of the state to make enemies? It falls either into deception or into dictatorship. Then this 'state' would be a monster. Or a state of this era where corruption takes hold, it is accepted that it exists, but the state itself and Justice fight it. Or a state that 'has no corruption at all'. That is, either it has no enemies

The real state has enemies and purifies them.

A state that is free of corruption and enemies does not exist on our planet.

Then the best thing is to fight corruption and free the enemies from nightmares. As is happening.
