Are you looking at the possibility of giving a decoration to the "champion" of justice, Dvorani, so that no one is fooled???
I was very "moved" by the news of the decoration of the former investigator Arben Kraja by the Italian President Mr. Mattarella with the decoration: Knight of the Order of Merit.
Decoration that was handed over to investigator Kraja by the Honorable Ambassador of Italy in our country Mr. Fabrizio Bucci with the motivation for cooperation with the Italian anti-mafia during the time he was the head of SPAK, i.e. from November 2019 to November 2022.
However, as a former deputy in the period 2019-2021, looking at the SPAK reports in the Parliament, I do not remember any concrete "investigation" by the SPAK related to the criminal groups that are the subject of the anti-mafia investigation.
In 3 years as head of SPAK, investigator Kraja has conducted two "bombshell" investigations
One was a Bektashi truck driver from the village of Kozar i Kuçova and the other Professor Edvin Prifti.
Are you saying that both of these investigations were in collaboration with the Italian anti-mafia???
Bektashi was so "mafia"??
That for Professor Edvin Prifti, "I can believe that he can" be the main object of the anti-mafia investigations.
But looking at the CV of investigator Kraja, I said to myself that it seems to me that this is a belated decoration by the Italians for Kraja because it is probably basically related to the "heroic" act that Arben Kraja, as an investigator of communism, arrested in the "border" area Vore Z Arben Luci in July 1990 and sentenced him by preventing him from entering the Italian Embassy to escape to Italy and then become a "mafia" to open work for the Italian anti-mafia.
So Kraja has already prevented in July 1990 an element that could "bring" danger to the Italian State and deserved a thank you in the form of a decoration.
But when I saw that with the same decoration the Honorable President of Italy Mr. Mattarella had also given to the general secretary of the Prime Minister Mr. Engjëll Agaçi who escaped from Albania in July 1990 as an opponent of the regime of investigator Arben Kraja I said with himself: oh who should get this decoration, because both of them don't seem to fit!!!!!
If the Kraja investigator had caught Mr. Engjëll in Vorë, he would have been killed in prison just like Mr. Arben Luçi, but Agaçi was lucky and let him go.

I don't know how the protocol of the Italian State works for decorations, because in Albania we have it differently that the President, the Prime Minister and the incoming President are also decorated, despite the fact that the previous President was decorated for the same "merit" but if also in the Italian State there is some similarity, are you fulfilling a friendly wish that for the sake of truth I have a lot of respect for you and much more for Italy and Italians??

Sepse edhe Dvorani ne 13 dhjetor te vitit 1990 një ditë pasi ishte krijuar Partia Demokratike pra ishte legalizuar pluralizmi ,si ish hetues në Shkodër dhe koleg me z Kraja ka kërkuar të shpallen si terroristë dhe të denohën 3 qytetar shkodran që në 14 janar te vitit 1990 hodhën në erë bustin e Stalinit.
E di qe nuk quhet si “bashkëpunim” indirekt për të “eliminuar” apo “frenuar” ardhjen drejt Italisë të elementëve anti parti qe mund ti hapnin punë antimafies Italiane, por besoj që ka “kontribut” jo te vogël duke mbrojtur bustin e Stalinit, sepse në vitin 1990 ne Itali ishin në pushtet komunistat që e kishin në shpirt atë shejtan dhe nuk ju vinte mire qe tja prishnin bustin.
Të lutem shumë z ambasador shihe njëherë si mundësi se nuk të bie kurrë më ne qafe, për të tjerë por me këtë Dvoranin besoj që do kënaqej shumë edhe Yri Kim edhe vete Blinkeni që e kanë dekoruar edhe ata si “ kampion” te drejtësisë, e me duket edhe ata për këtë të bustit së për Marsida Xhaferrllarin që e dërgoi si propozim në kundërshtim me Kushtetutën nuk e besoj.
E di qe mund të mërziten shume nga kjo kërkesë dhe lutja ime për të dekoruar Dvoranin se do thonë disa ish hetues e prokurorë të tjerë të komunizmit që po ne pse jo.
Se edhe partizan Sokol Dadushi prokuror i komunizmit në Vlorë ka qenë dhe ka bërë maksimalen që të mos lejonte vlonjat të vinin drejt Italisë duke i rrasur në burg edhe po ta mendonin një gjë të tillë ,derisa filluan skafet.
Edhe ish hetues Ilir Panda qe “ hetoi” dhe çoi ne kokërr të plumbit te ndjerin Nazif Tuga ose siç njihej ndryshe si Beu i Saukut me date 20 korrik te vitit 1989, i ka “shërbyer” perëndimit duke eliminuar një element që po të ishte gjallë në korrik 1990 mund të vinte në Itali e të “ krijonte” probleme.
Po ju lutem ju dhe po jua kërkoj si “ nder” ngaqë nuk kam muhabet me Yurin dhe Blinkenin se ju shaj ndonjeherë vëllan e vogël të Ramës dhe vëllanë e madh të Veliajt, Lexi Sorrosin.
Se po ti kisha mire marrëdhëniet me ata, të siguroj që nuk do ju bija me qafë vetëm ju jo, por do ju lutesha edhe atyre që ti rrasnin ndonjë dekoratë hetues Arben Krajës dhe emigrant Engjëll Agaçit dhe se bashku me hetues Dvoranit pastaj bëheshin që të tre “ kampion” dy të “ drejtësisë” dhe një që nuk pjerdh për drejtësinë sa ta ketë mirë me Ramën e të mos haj dardha pas shpinës se tij por të haj dardha, fiq, rrush, kumbulla, pjeshka e banane bashke me të.
Mirë që dekoratat kanë ngelur vetëm tek këta të “ drejtësisë” se po u hap kjo lojë edhe për ministra, ish ministra, deputet e funksionarë të tjerë, që kanë bashkëpunuar me (anti)mafian ,do harxhoni qimet e kokës duke blërë dekorata.
Sidomos po e zgjeruar rrethin tek familjaret e tyre, sa e gjatë do jetë lista.
I don't believe that these English people decorate easily because in England it seems to me that only the King gives decorations.
And as far as I know, the King has never liked communists, so let the English ambassador meet the communist investigators in SPAK or anywhere, but he can't give you decorations.
Ps: Thank goodness this decoration happened yesterday and today it is not falling on your neck anymore and it is not bothering the hundreds of thousands of supporters of those appointed in the dome of the re-establishment because it seems to me that the next session they will not make any more noise in the Assembly because Elisa told you that let's agree to create some investigative commission and with that I believe that the "revolution" accomplished its mission.
