Other details have emerged from the murder that occurred the day before in Tirana, where a Palestinian man killed his wife inside a rented apartment.
It is learned that the Palestinian couple Ryyan Alwan, 24, and her husband, Fadi Alwan, 49, who lived in Germany, flew from Germany and arrived in Rinas on February 19, where they presented Greek documents at the airport at passport control.
From Rinas they took a taxi to the Kavaja Street area where they rented the apartment.
In the footage from February 19, the 49-year-old is shown leaving the Kavaja road area and on February 22, he left Rinas airport in the evening towards Greece.
The investigation team has strong suspicions that the crime also occurred on February 22, 6 days ago, where the 49-year-old Palestinian man, 25 years older than his wife, after initially raping her, killed her with a knife and covered her with a sheet, and then took all of the 24-year-old's identification, phone, and every personal item and fled towards Greece.
It is still unknown why the Palestinian couple, who belonged to the Islamic faith, had traveled to Albania, or the reasons why they undertook the serious crime.
