Gorgea is reported to have been injured and taken to the police station in Durrës.
A gunshot wound was recorded this afternoon in the city of Durrës. It is learned that the incident occurred in the Fllaka area. The injured man, identified as Besmir Gorgea, 40 years old, was urgently taken to the Durrës Hospital and is receiving medical assistance.
Gorgea is reported to have been injured and taken to the Durrës police station. He said he was shot while driving. He was then escorted by police officers to the emergency room of the Durrës hospital where he is undergoing surgery.
There is still no information on the causes of the incident or the perpetrator. Meanwhile, police forces and an investigation team have arrived at the scene and are working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
