From the premises of detention 313 in Tirana, Emiljano Shullazi talks with Tesi Basho in Selenica, Vlora, about the possibility of taking hostage Armando Sulejman alias "Çipuri", his close friend Fatmir Hysen alias "Doçja".

In the investigation file, it is stated that in order to document the illegal activity of the citizen Satilno alias Basho, SPAK examined the communications made between Emiljano Shullazi and Satilno Basho, where the cooperation between these two persons is noted in order to locate Fatmir Hyseni alias "Dočja". and Armando Sulejmani alias "Chipurit" and other persons related to them.
From the general context of the conversations conducted between them, it is noted that Emiljano Shullazi has doubts that Fatmir Hyseni and Armando Sulejmani are involved in the murder of Edison Harizaj that happened on November 6, 2018 in the city of Durrës, illustrated in the following conversations.
On April 13, 2020, Emiljano Shullazi communicates with Satilno Basho about the people who killed Edison Harizaj and states that: "...we have to take one (hostage) so we know who is shooting and know where to knock next. Well, where can you find "Docen" (Fatmir Hyseni)?
Also on April 29, 2020, Emiljano Shullazi communicates with Satilno Basho, whom he asks about Leonard Duka and the possibility of killing him because we receive good payment.
"... This is Nardi Duka from Tirana, they say he lives in Spain. Do we have anything they do there? I don't know about the address, but we found it, we take it well there. Finish this arrest once (citizen Satilno Basho is under house arrest during this period). Then let's do something from Durrës. I'm weak with the information there and I can't drink, the dirt is not coming out at all...".
Also on May 17 and 18, 2020, Emiljano Shullazi communicates with Satilno Basho and they discuss the vehicles they use for murder. They discuss about finding vans, ambulances and Range Rovers to be painted white similar to police cars.
On May 24, 2020, Emiljano Shullazi communicates with Satilno Basho and discusses with suspected persons regarding the murder of Edison Harizaj:
"... that "Cipuri" (Armando Sulejmani) must be caught to show who shot, I must find out who shot. Emiljano Shullazi then asks him about Durim Bami with the intention of killing him because 1 million euros is paid for this murder, "... with that Durim Bami, he is from Fushë-Kruja, do you know anyone who has conversations there from Vlora? That they fill 1 million euros for that. I am having this conversation with you and I don't want anyone to find out what we are talking about together. Dur Bami waits for you at the besa eating bread, he has a hundred enemies, the police will have a party. No one will even ask for that conversation. I will never arrest him once, because I have a prisoner there to approach...".
The conversation continues again in relation to receiving information about the people who killed Edison Harizaj, "...I need to find the one who shot my brother. So you say "Cipuri" Armando Sulejmani) and the brother of "Buzderri" have hunted...?".
Also on May 24, 2020, Emiljano Shullazi communicates with Satilno Basho and it is suspected that they discuss about the end of the security measure "House Arrest" for Basho and after it ends he can move freely and engage in the Durrës area in order to carry out criminal events according to the needs of Emiljano Shullazi.
Among other things, it is stated, "...close that trial so that you can be on the move from Durrës, or don't you go through the region of Vlora?"
