Taking power for gambling in the city of Vlora, since March 2023, there are suspicions that it is run in this city by Inez Hajrulla and his friend Ervis Matodashi, are the reasons why their murder was ordered against payment.
This is the investigative conclusion of SPAK, nine months after the arrest of Amarildo Nikolli, who admitted that he was ordered by Leonard Luzi to kill the two Vlonjats, one otherwise known as Ini i Cones and the other with the nickname Coke Korrri.
Considering them as a criminal group, SPAK announces that Leonard Luzi, Amarildo Nikolli, Muharem Koroveshi and Erio Zejno should be tried by the court against organized crime in Tirana for the charge of providing the conditions to commit murder against Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrulla.
SPAK says that on March 22, 2033, Erigert Zejno was killed in the coastal city and then Ervis Matodashaj, Nadir Ferko and Altin Sejdiraj were imprisoned for this event. But before long, the prosecution dismissed the accusation against Matodashaj.
At this point, SPAK is convinced that it has collected evidence that the cousin of the deceased, Leonard Luzi, was financed by another person to kill Matodashaj and Hajrulla, and agreed with Nikolli as the executor and the other two as assistants who supplied him with weapons and had guaranteed his transportation after the assassination.
But despite the promised amount of over 200,000 euros, the assassination attempt was not carried out, it is mentioned in the investigation after the shooter was arrested by the police of Vlora.
