A serious accident occurred on the Divjakë-Lushnjë road, where an unregistered agricultural vehicle collided with a motorcycle. As a result of the accident, 70-year-old Ismail Dervishi was killed.
According to preliminary data, the incident occurred at around 08:50. The agricultural vehicle was driven by Mesut Malko, 67, while the motorcycle was driven by the victim.
The collision proved fatal for the 70-year-old, who died at the scene.
The Traffic Police Services accompanied the driver of the agricultural vehicle to the police station for procedural actions. Meanwhile, the investigation team continues to work at the accident site to fully clarify the causes and circumstances of the incident.
"Around 08:50, on the "Divjakë-Lushnjë" road axis, an agricultural vehicle without license plates, driven by citizen MM, 67 years old, was involved in an accident with a motorcycle driven by citizen ID, about 70 years old.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the vehicle, citizen ID, died at the scene.
Police services have accompanied the driver of the agricultural vehicle, citizen MM, to the Police Station for further action.
"The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident," the police announced.
