A serious road accident resulting in three fatalities has shocked Vlora, while preliminary investigations cast doubt on the causes that led to this tragedy.
According to preliminary data, one of the vehicles, a "Ford", is suspected to have been stopped or incorrectly positioned in the middle of the road, creating a traffic hazard.
Meanwhile, the other vehicle, a "Benz", is suspected of being traveling at speeds above the permitted speed limit, around 110-120 km/h, in a segment where the speed limit is 80 km/h.
It is initially thought that the combination of these factors, incorrect positioning of the vehicle and speeding, may have led to the fatal collision.
