A serious accident happened at noon today on "Pelivan Leskaj" street, in Vlora, where a 35-year-old man hit a minor with a car.
According to preliminary information, the 8-year-old was urgently transported to the hospital, while it is known that his life is out of danger.
"Today, around 12:30, on the street "Pelivan Leskaj", citizen M. Gj., 35 years old, driving an "Opel" type vehicle, had an accident with a minor citizen, about 8 years old, who was injured as a result and is currently in the hospital, out of danger.
The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the premises of the police station for further action.
The investigation group is at the scene, which is carrying out further actions regarding the clarification of the circumstances of the accident", the police announced.
