Safet Bajri's lawyer has revealed details from the testimony in the Criminal Court of Kosovo of Safet Bajri, who is accused by SPAK of murdering Fatbardh Lici in collaboration with his cousin, Behar Bajri, and his friend, Astmer Bilali.
Sokol Tahiraj stated that during the court session, Safet Bajri, who was sentenced to prison, stated that he presented himself on the day he was handcuffed and that he is open to investigation.
He also stated that "if I had been trying to escape, they would never have caught me, and I am still here because I want to face the investigation."
The lawyer indicated that Safet Bajri has previously provided his DNA, while adding that "I don't know what event he is wanted for, the prosecution knows that."
