A serious incident was discovered today in the city of Pogradec, where the Police arrested a 29-year-old man, under the suspicion that the latter had intimate relations with a 12-year-old girl.
The latter stated to the police that she and the 29-year-old had been in a relationship for 2 years. But according to data gathered from sources near the Pogradec police, it is known that the 29-year-old lived with the 12-year-old.
" Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station took the initiative to arrest the citizen KT, 29 years old, resident of the village of Vërdovë, Pogradec, after allegedly having sexual relations with a 12-year-old minor, who in the presence of her parents and has declared to psychologists that he has a 2-year relationship with the citizen KT", the police informs.
According to the police, the report was made by the mother of the 12-year-old. But what is known from the same sources is that it was the mother who lived with the 29-year-old's father, together with the latter and her daughter.
Sources close to the investigation group inform A2CNN that the 12-year-old's mother lived with the 29-year-old's father until a little while ago, and only after breaking up with him did she report the case for her minor daughter.
For the investigation group, this shows that the mother was aware of the minor daughter's relationship with the 29-year-old man, but kept it a secret for as long as they lived together in a shelter, together with the latter's father.
According to the police, the four of them lived together at home, while the girl said in the presence of the psychologist that she and the boy have been in a relationship for 2 years.
She has also shown that it was the desire of both parties to create this connection. Meanwhile, the police escorted the 29-year-old to the police station to carry out further procedural actions.
