Imer Manahasa was arrested by the police of Elbasan as part of the coded police operation "Quadrangle".
The 43-year-old was arrested red-handed in his apartment, as he is suspected of being a member of a criminal group for serious criminal offences.
The police found and confiscated in his apartment: firearms, shotguns, military ammunition and narcotics.
Afterwards, the police also carried out checks in several other premises: (inert point, car cemetery, cattle stable) where as a result they found hidden: 1 pistol firearm, 1 hunting gun, 1 sports weapon, military ammunition, 1 projectile , 1 knife, a quantity of narcotic cocaine and 2 fake vehicle registrations, which were seized as material evidence.
Imer Manhasa is accused of several criminal offenses such as: Production and sale of narcotics, illegal possession and production of weapons, illegal employment, illegal construction, as well as forgery of seals, stamps or forms.
"Based on the information provided by the police intelligence, about a 43-year-old man who possessed firearms, shotguns, combat ammunition, as well as narcotics without permission, in the premises of the business owned by him, the Police services have intervened in several premises (inert dump, car cemetery, cattle stable) where as a result they found hidden: 1 firearm, pistol, 1 hunting weapon, 1 sporting weapon, combat ammunition, 1 shell, 1 knife, a quantity of narcotic cocaine and 2 vehicle tags false, which were seized as material evidence.' says the police report.
Following the actions, it was discovered that the 43-year-old man from whom the ammunition was seized had built an object without permission. For this case, several other people were also taken to the police.
At the end of the actions, citizen IM, 43 years old, a resident of Peqin, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Production, possession, illegal purchase or sale of cold weapons", "Unauthorized production and possession of hunting and sports weapons", "Illegal employment", "Illegal construction" and "Forgery of seals, stamps or forms" , it is stated in police notification.
