Not much has passed since this conversation, it is again Ardit Hasanbegaj who asks Pëllumb Gjoka, asking for help for a man himself, named Shpend Kuçi, who works as a customs officer in Kukës and that the country is in danger from Safet Gjici, who in 2020 led the municipality of Kukës.
On the other hand, Pëllumb Gjoka asks Hasanbegaj to find the exact date when a person could go to Roskovec in Fieri, who was the target of their group, since this person goes horseback riding in Roskovec.
According to the Gjici investigation files, it was only 1 and a half years since he became the Mayor of Kukës and he had started the purges in the entire administration, including the customs of Morina.
On November 2, 2020, Hasanbegaj tells Pëllumb Gjoka:

Pëllumb Gjoka connects with Agron Malaj, the Mayor of Burrel, who asks him to talk to Safet so that Shpend Kuci, Ardi Hasanbegaj's brother-in-law, is not fired by Safet Gjici at the customs of Morina.

This message sent by Safet Gjic to Malaj and which then ended up on Hasanbegaj's phone has the following contents:

According to the messages of Safet Gjici, it is to keep Hasanbegaj's brother-in-law at work, but on the condition that he commits himself to the SP campaigns in the upcoming parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021.
After seeing the content of the message written by Safet Gjici, Hasanbegaj went to Pëllumb Gjoka saying: "...ok brother, for that date I keep...", implying finding the exact day when he could go to Reskovec. that Pigeon Chest was looking for.
Later, on the morning of November 5, 2020, Hasanbegaj wrote again to Pëllumb Gjoka, affirming that: "...if this brother-in-law of mine sits down with Safet to speak on behalf of Agron?. In continuation of this conversation, Pëllumb Gjoka asks Ardi Hasanbegaj for help as he wants to take some computers for gambling in Mlain e Zi and bring them to Albania.
