The State Police and SPAK have conducted an operation against a criminal group in the field of narcotics cultivation.
Within the coded operation "Oblika", 12 security measures were executed, 10 in prison and two under house arrest.
"Prison arrest" was given to Danjela Hasani, Arben Uruçi, Ardjan Tahiri, Hekuran Myrtja, Samet Dahati, Izmir Dahati, Besar Lejthiza, Ermis Sela, Afrim Dahati and Arian Popa.
Pjetër Gjoni and Roland Gjoni are under house arrest.
"These 12 citizens are accused of being organized as a structured group, involved in the criminal activities of cultivation and production of cannabis sativa, in various villages of Shkodra, mainly in the Oblikë administrative unit.
During the investigations carried out to document the criminal activities of these citizens, 246 kilograms of cannabis in the drying process were seized and 32,000 cannabis plants were destroyed," the police say.

As a result of an investigation followed with proactive methods, for 2 years, in cooperation with SPAK and the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, the Criminal Police Department of the DPPSH and the Shkodra Local Police Directorate finalized the coded police operation "OBLIKA".
12 security measures are implemented: "Arrest in prison" for 10 citizens and "House arrest" for 2 citizens, who are accused of cultivating and producing cannabis sativa in some villages of Shkodra, within the framework of a structured criminal group.
During the investigation period, 246 kilograms of cannabis in the drying process were seized from the group and 32,000 cannabis plants were destroyed.
As part of an investigation initiated in 2022, at the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office and proactively followed by SPAK, the Criminal Police Department of the DPSH, in cooperation with the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, finalized the police operation coded "OBLIKA". During the operation, the security measure "Arrest in prison", assigned by SPAK, was executed for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Production and sale of narcotics", committed within the framework of the structured criminal group, for the citizens:
-AU, 50 years old, resident of Shkodër;
-AT, 30 years old, resident of Koplik;
- HM, 45 years old, resident of Shkodër;
- SD, 36 years old, resident of Shkodër;
-ID, 28 years old, living in Shkodër,
-BL, 23 years old, living in Shkodër;
-ES, 22 years old, resident of Shkodër;
- AD, 23 years old, resident of Shkodër;
- AP, 23 years old, resident of Shkodër;
- DH, 44 years old, living in Tirana.
In addition, the security measure "House arrest", assigned by SPAK, was executed for the same criminal offenses, for citizens P. Gj., 50 years old and R. Gj., 50 years old, both residents of Shkodër.

The procedural materials were passed to SPAK, for further actions.
