Vilson Shima, head of the regime in Peqin prison has given his testimony before the authorities about the murder of Arben Lleshi by Sokol Mjacaj in Peqin prison.
He stated that Mjacaj entered a room with Fatmir Petraj three months ago. According to him, the room control and physical control of Sokol Mjacaj was done one month and 15 days ago and nothing illegal was found.
On the other hand, the citizen Arben Lleshi, who was killed, stayed in a room all the time alone.

Shima also emphasizes that Mjacaj had his last meeting with his sister-in-law or brother about 3 months before the murder.
"I want to say that in room no. 9 on the 2nd (second) floor, sector no. 1, the citizen Aleksandër Llanaj, who was sentenced for murder with life imprisonment, was previously in the 41 biz system . This citizen has a feud with two brothers who are convicted in the PEQ Peqin and specifically in building A, they are citizens Ardjan Hazizi and Fatmir Petraj, the latter was released 3 months ago. When the citizen Sokol Mjacaj entered room no. 9 on the 2nd (second) floor, sector no. 1, the room was cleaned where only the bed was there as a skeleton, the others were all removed.
I want to say that the room and physical inspection of the citizen Sokol Mjacaj was done about 1 (one) month and 15 (fifteen) days ago, no illegal items were found during the inspection.

I want to say that the deceased citizen Arben Lleshi is recorded in the list of persons involved in the conflict, but not the citizen Sokol Mjacaj", he said.
