Chronicle journalist Jul Kasapi has revealed new details about the serious event that shocked Dobrači on October 30, 2024, where Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and the husband and wife couple Flutura and Bashkim Basha lost their lives.
Invited to Top Story on Top Channel, Kasapi stated that the police of Shkodra arrived two hours late in the area of Dobraçi where the assassination took place, which left four victims, two of them innocent and not targeted by the perpetrators.
According to him, the police entered the area only after RENEA arrived. He also said that the ambulance was over 30 minutes late. The butcher also casts doubt on the death of a man and a woman who happened to be in the area, whether the latter were hit by the victim's vehicle or there is another scenario behind it.
He said that the police failed to prevent this crime, as they did not take into account the report made about two weeks before the event by Arlind Bushati, who remained a victim. The latter reported that there was an attempt to assassinate him in the city, but the perpetrators' weapon was not fired.
" How is it possible that the police of Shkodra entered Dobrač two hours late, then when the RENEA forces entered, the ambulance arrived 40 minutes late, where the life of the 23-year-old could have been saved, how could a burnt vehicle not be found just 5 minutes from Shkodra, the authors' vehicle? How true is it that the victim's car fell behind the engine of two other victims, a husband and wife? Or is there any other scenario? At first, the police did not give anything about the weapons found, no details, very vague about the other information. Why did the police not take into account Bushati's report, where the video showed that he committed an assassination attempt on you, but it did not end because the gun did not fire?" , he said.
