The hearing for the verification of the protection order of Princ Leka and Elia Zaharia is taking place today in the Court of Tirana.
Only the lawyers of the parties were present at the session.
The actress was also photographed when she left the Court. The prince, with whom she separated after 15 years together last year, was not even 5 meters away, as defined in the protection order.
We remember that on March 5, the couple physically collided with each other inside the royal residence, a fight that also involved Elia Zaharia's father, Gjergj Zaharia, and the footage went viral.
In the video recorded by Prince Leka, the actress is seen hitting her, while her father, Gjergj Zaharia, holds a wooden statue in his hand.
Prince Leka sued his ex-wife, with whom he has a daughter, Geraldina, and his ex-father-in-law. The father and daughter also sued the 42-year-old for violence.
The Civil Court of Tirana signed two protection orders for Prince Leka and his ex-wife Elia Zaharia. The couple must keep a distance of 5 m from each other and Leka must meet the little girl not in the presence of Elias, but of the nanny.
The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has started investigations after the report to the police for the criminal offense "Domestic Violence", but investigations are being carried out to find out who released the video to the media.
