It emerged from the wiretaps of Suel Çela's group, the High Court

The High Court rejects the appeal filed by the former judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu, regarding the decision of the Special Anti-Corruption Appeal, for the first measure imposed on her, that of "house arrest".

The decision was made by a panel of judges composed of Ilir Panda, Sokol Binaj and Sandër Simoni.

Fetahu was placed under "house arrest" in connection with the "Golden Bullet 2" file on charges of corruption as an accomplice of criminal exponents, while she is being held under the security measure of "prison arrest" for another file, that of Suel Çela.

For the latter, she appealed the measure to the Special Appeal, where the second instance of the judiciary yesterday decided to dismiss the request, leaving the former judge in prison.

The house arrest weighs heavily on her, following SPAK's suspicions that she has been corrupted by the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, suspected of being members of a criminal group involved in serious events, including the Bradashesh massacre where three people were killed in 2018, but also in drug trafficking.

Fetahu was arrested during an operation targeting a criminal organization suspected of being led by Suel Çela in late November. According to SPAK, the acting judge communicated with members of the organization through SKY ECC, and also received bribes for decisions in favor of their interests.
