The criminal group, which falsified certificates and other documents of state institutions, was discovered thanks to interceptions and after the information that the Economic Crime had received about the criminal activity.
According to the sources, the two arrested persons, Çlirim Bregu and Arben Rushiti, had long managed to set up a fraudulent scheme of forgery, mainly of land ownership certificates and marriage documents that clients would use abroad for document benefits.
There are many cases where those arrested against payment have alienated property or expanded the borders, mainly in Kashar and Kamez, but there are also cases in other areas.
The seized documents are being verified by Economic Crime. Meanwhile, the seals that were found were produced by Bregu e Rushiti itself and belong to many institutions.
